when you find the vehicle of your choice click on the quote botton in order to generate your personal offer which you can receive at your email address if you prefer so. Please make sure that the emailaddress and relevant information (drivers name, drivers age) are correct. It is our policy to only request the minimum number of personal details in order to guarantee a swift and easy booking procedure. For your piece of mind we also apply a ver stict policy against SPAM and you can rest assure that your personal details are secure.

Once you receive your quote please bear in mind that it is just that, A QUOTE, and not a confirmed reservation. We put the information at your disposal so you can compare prices or show it to your family and friends. If you wish to CONFIRM the rental you will have to connect to our website again where you can confirm the booking on our Secure Server. Just click on the link which you will find in your quote and you can confirm the booking online. At the end of the process you will receive another email, titled RESERVATION, which is your confirmed booking. With this confirmation you can rest assured, that the car will be waiting for you on the requested dates.
You can also confirm your booking by phoning our Reservations Department at the number which you will find in your quote or on our website. Please do not forget to have your reference number at hand and the details of your flight so we can process your booking swiftly.

In order to avoid fake bookings or clients not showing up, ocassionally some of our suppliers require a deposit in order to accept your booking. This amount must be paid at the moment you confirm the booking in order to be able to process the details. If you confirm your booking online, as explained previously, you will access our Secure Server where you can introduce your credit card number and expiry date. It is a simple and secure process. If you decide to confirm your booking over the telephone we will ask you for the details of your credit card so we can charge the deposit and process the booking for you.
